The "T" series were the first Goyen to be offered to the industry.

They have since been supplemented with the "DD" series which were designed to further facilitate installation and to reduce the number of valve fittings necessary for such installation. These valves offer the same high performance as the "T" series with the same right angle construction.

The valves can be operated by either integral pilot solenoids (CA models) or remote pilot solenoids (RCA models).

Goyen DD3 Series valves offer the same high performance and the same right angle inlet/outlet configuration as the T3 Series valves but have been designed to further facilitate installation and reduce the number of necessary valve fittings.

The 'double dresser' compression coupling on the inlet and outlet provide quick, simple installation, requiring only that the stub pipe and blowtube be cleaned and deburred before the valve is fitted into position.

DD3 Series valve are available in 3 sizes, 3/4" (20mm), 1" (25mm) and 1 1/2" (40mm) (available soon) with all three sizes being available with integral solenoid pilot (CA) or remote solenoid pilot (RCA) operation.

HEADER DESIGN
The 'FS' valve with its high flow coefficient (Cv) performance and easily installed slide fit blow tube mounts against a special adaptor which mates against the header. Two versions of the adaptor are available: a die cast aluminium part which is cam locked into place for easy installation or alternatively a pressed steel adaptor which is welded into place can be used.

FS 20 valves are manufactured in glass filled nylon. FS 25 and 45 valves are available with aluminium or stainless steel bodies.

VALVE DESCRIPTION
The revolutionary Goyen 'FS' series of diaphragm valves sets a new standard in dust collector valve design. A flanged inlet, that is bolted to the header, offers precise installation. The slide outlet design of the valve allows the blowtube to be fitted simply and quickly into position. A positive seal is ensured with the unique slide seal.

'FS' valves offer superior pulse-jet performance over standard valves due to the larger flanged inlet and the unique characteristics of their controlled air consumption design (patent applied for).

'FS' valves have improved CV/KV performance of at least 30%* over comparable size valves and a 28%* reduction in pressure drop across the valve. When performance is absolutely critical the Goyen 'FS' valve provide the solution. (* Tested at 90 p.s.i.g.)

'FS' series valves are available in the following sizes with integral pilot control (CA) or for remote pilot control (RCA):

NOTE: FS  headers with welded flanges are not CE marked as the Goyen flanged is non standard.
FS headers with Camlock flanges can be supplied CE marked.
